"Literally no one knows how to do their job. I paid my dues then they want to say I have to pay another $200 that same day for the next month when I should pay that when it’s the next month. I have called twice today and they sent me to voicemail. Then I called again and they picked up the phone then hung up. I have been patient and trying to do everything through customer service number, and the app; but no help was provided either. It has gotten to the point where I will have to go to another insurance agency. I don’t want that. So please Rhonda handle your staff correctly and politely, they can be very rude when they don’t know how to figure out a policy."

"Sadly ive been with them for years but its like pulling teeth to get quotes. I have 3 cars and 2 house and still cant get a quote. I leave messages and no response. Rhonda have your people call my people. Voice of a customer can go far!!!!"

"If you love being micro managed and held accountable to training processes you havent even been trained on then you should work here! This office exhibits poor training standards making it impossible to excel in this role without proper guidance and support. After joining the company, I discovered that the turnover rate was high FROM THE CLEANING LADY, which indicated that I was not the only one facing challenges with the training and support provided. This lack of adequate onboarding and high turnover rate made it clear that the company did not prioritize employee development, employee success, or retention. Who would want to entrust an insurance agent who doesn't even give a hoot about their new employees' success. That dog don't hunt."

"I will follow up with an updated review of my experience with Ronda Greenhouse, State Farm Insurance, and the claim process I went through in 2020. You will want to read my review in full. This is a very dishonest agency and claims department in Dallas. They lie about many things and the claims office in Dallas has the most employees who lie, are corrupt, steal money, and some should have criminal charges filed against them."
